Posting for yesterday!
Firstly, I would like to apologise to my yearmates &the ma'ams.
I didn't upload &send the videos because I had a high fever &my mother sent me to bed with no chance to use the computer also because the computer screen gave me a headache.
My sincerest apologies!
Anyway, yesterday we went to the
Lions Befrienders Singapore centre.
Yurh, the sign outside.
We had sooo much fun!
We were basically supposed to interact with the elderly folks &make them happy(:
During morning exercises, Jiaying was really nice to the elderly folks around her la!
She kept on trying to help them but unfortunately darling I must tell you.
Due to some of their ailments or whatnots, sometimes they may have some variation to the exercises okay? [:
After morning exercises, we sang songs &played a pass-the-parcel game.
Then, my year &the pupils from chongfu primary went to serve tea.
When we came back, there were still some elderly folks without anyone talking to them though others had bunches of pupils around them.
All the better for those of us who were serving tea!(:
So after serving tea, Jiaying &I approached 2 nice-looking ladies.
However, they spoke only Hokkien so I left Jiaying with her
little knowledge of Hokkien to talk to them.
Hehe.
I don't know Hokkien la.
Then I sat down &talked to a nice old man who spoke chinese.
Hallelujah for me!
I found out that he has a grandson &a grand daughter.
One is primary 5 another is secondary 3.

We played some more games like a variation of simon says &"freeze when the music stops" [;
At the end of it all, I took a photo with the nice old man!

Reflection:
I realised that my year was kinda noisy at times.
I think that maybe next time we should tone down a little but the uncle I was with didn't seem to mind the noise.
Wahaha(:
He told me that there has rarely been such a cheery atmosphere in the centre!
3 cheers for everyone!After we left the centre, a group of us who wanted to go to j8 got kinda lost.
We walked up &down the road trying to find the correct bus stop.
When we finally located the right bus stop, I realised that...
my wallet was missing!!!I made several phonecalls &it wasn't in the Lions Befrienders Singapore centre.
I made a report with Comfort cab liao (Jiaying &I took a cab to the centre from school).
I hope that my wallet can be found.
Even though the zip to the coin compartment is spoilt, I still really like the wallet.

Inside my wallet is my ez-link card, some cash &other things of which some of them have sentimental value!
If anyone finds my wallet, please return it to me!
