i was feeling pmsy and am now feeling pmsy again everytime i think about my mom.
yes, i have told myself that i shall give up the "&" unless necessary(:she's being all biatchy and stuff sigh. i shall not say more because it's bad to bitch about your own mom. humph.
i feel like changing to xanga after reading so many xanga blogs. but then again the friends under the xanga blogs can only be people who own xanga blogs. most of my friends own blogger blogs so there. hmm maybe i'll change to livejournal. i feel in the mood for change.
raffles book day today.
woke up at 6.30am 'cos i forgot to set the alarm clock. smsed yimin to tell the bus uncle not to come and fetch me 'cos he comes at 6.40am. dada took like 25 minutes in the toilet. i didn't really worry much because i knew that he'll get me to school on time. and he did! somehow managed to halve the normally 20 minute ride to 10 minutes(:
went up to class and then down again for assembly. argh, she just kept on talking and talking and eating into our english lesson! HELLO IT'S RAFFLES BOOK DAY TODAY. she finally stopped and we went up to class and there was mass changing.
sarah was all "green or beige, ruifen? green or beige?" 'cos she couldn't make up her mind as to what colour shirt to wear(: in the end she wore the green and looked like a dwarf indeed! i have excellent colour taste i know.
ms leow told us about her favourite books and we had a surprise shakespeare performance by our wonderful sec3 seniors(: it was really quite nice. then we went down to the ks chee where the nlb had brought books for us to borrow. ms leow made sarah and i borrow books because she didn't want the poor librarians lugging the books back. borrowed a comic book(:
then we went to the book fair! as i only had $30, i had to choose my books really carefully. bought 2 books. everyone who knew me wasn't surprised when i bought "hitler's canary" 'cos of me being the world war 2 buff. bought "the lightkeeper's daughter" as well. heard that it's pretty nice(:
then ate and went up to the kitchens to BAKE CUPCAKES(: WE HAD SO MUCH FUN BAKING CUPCAKES FOR OUR AESTHETICE CLASS PROJECT((: that we sold to the darling sec1s who bought oh so many cupcakes to support us. love ya darlings.
then strolled for assembly where i sat next to a very worried but still swooning over mr cheong sarah. darling, don't worry kay? everything will turn out fine.
the sec1s took SO LONG with their performances that by the time the sec2s started on their performances assembly was nearly over. chionged up to class to change into my leotard (that i can still fit in!) and jazz pants before running off.
dance today was with the seniors.
i swear that the sec1s make me laugh(: met pris and elys on the way to the gymnasium. they were heading
away from the gym which is really weird because they are normally the first few at the gym. turns out that they did a quick u-turn after they found out that there was no one but the seniors inside the gym. haha!
brintha and wenying caught up by that time so i kind of trailed behind them into the gym. they dropped their bags and went to change :P i dropped off my bag before going to find megan. hehe i abandoned her because i needed to go meet mr melhan regarding my lost ora card.
i think that laoshi's quite nice though i tad scary. she made the non-syf people dance our
dance concert teachers' day dance for her
without music oO. it's pretty difficult because we take our cues from the music. managed to stumble through the dance twice - for laoshi and ms kum anyway.
then we got really confused when we had to show the seniors our warm-up(: 'cos lin laoshi (the
other laoshi) always changes the warm-up. in the end the seniors just taught us the first part of their warm-up.
then ms kum told the sec 2s and 3s that she and laoshi had to hold auditions for speech day. i already knew that i couldn't get in the moment laoshi asked for ballet girls. totally screwed up my auditions anyway because i can't be graceful): been dancing jazz and modern all my life. i need to practise at home lala.
after dance while waiting for mum to come, talked a bit to brintha. she's really nice(: actually i kind of figured since like last year yay! talked mainly about school and dance. then she had to go and i read the comic that i borrowed from nlb today.
on the ride home, i'm not talking about this.
came home to an empty house and called sis to bitch. then smsed baobi about the flickering kitchen light to which she replied for me to
salt it =.=" i love you baobi for your wonderful suggestions!
